PpSan Clemente Palace Venice is hiring through Hosco in Venice.Assistant Reservations ManagerDepartment: Revenue ReservationsEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Italy - VeniceDescriptionThe incumbent of this position is responsible for the efficient functioning of the Reservations department /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsuring that all incoming enquiries are handled within a maximum of 24 hours /liliWorking with the revenue director to update the PMS codes and setup when necessary /liliAssisting the sales and events managers in effectively dealing with all commission and accounts queries /liliEnsuring all necessary billing instructions are applied to reservations /liliMaking sure that the team is fully informed of all rates, including negotiated and promotional rates,



and that any new promotions and packages are communicated effectively to all relevant departments /liliEnsuring that the team answers all incoming telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner /liliIdentifying and assisting with the training needs of team members /liliLiaising with the Sales team to resolve any issues, and handle site inspections and office visits' information in the PMS /liliEnsuring that all VIP and special requests information is efficiently saved in the PMS /li /ulh3PMSSkills, Knowledge and Expertise /h3ulliDeep knowledge of Opera PMS /liliAt least 2 years of previous experience in the hospitality business (luxury field is preferred) /liliExcellent proficiency in Italian and English language, both written and spoken /li /ulpExperience in the hospitality industry is preferred.Please see the full vacancy for the benefits offered by San Clemente Palace Venice. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
