This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional support to end users in a technology-driven environment. As an End User Support Specialist, you will assist Italian-speaking clients by resolving their queries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding support to end users in Italian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Provide training and guidance to users on utilizing various applications and systems effectively.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements for service efficiency.
- Conduct follow-ups with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the support.

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product updates to enhance service delivery.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with strong communication skills both written and spoken.
- Experience in an end user support role or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote assist tools is a significant plus.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
