Joining the Procurement team, you will work closely with our in‑house legal experts and be involved in all phases of tendering and procurement processes. Our innovation district is continuously growing – and with it, the complexity and number of procurement procedures. Support and assistance throughout all stages of the procurement process
Operational management of procurement procedures in compliance with applicable regulations
Execution of checks throughout the entire procurement process
Use of key reference platforms (e.g. Operational support and advisory to internal units on procurement‑related matters
Communication and coordination with internal departments, public authorities, and external partners
Implementation and continuous improvement of existing procurement processes
hold a degree (at least Bachelor’s level) in law, economics,



public administration, or an equivalent qualification
have experience in public procurement or related fields (administrative/legal)
have a basic knowledge of public procurement regulations and principles of transparency and legality
are able to draft tender documentation and manage administrative procedures
are ideally familiar with digital tools and e‑procurement platforms (ISOV, SIMOG, ANAC)
have a good command of standard office software
have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
have an excellent command of German and Italian, and a good command of English
