In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting Manifolds, Distribution and Connections (MDC) Engineering and Projects operations.
You will be reporting to the Global Engineering and Projects Operations Leader (UK) and working under the direction of the Global MDC Engineering Leader (Italy).
As an Engineering Operations Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Data Analytics.
Headcount and Resource Planning.
Demand/Supply Planning and Forecasting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Reporting.
Collaboration with Business Stakeholders.
Provide control and overview of product line costs and performance.
Gathering requirements, identify resource risks, present solutions.

Analytical mindset - able to interpret complex data sets, maintain plans and records, identify issues and provide recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and conflict resolution ability.
Proven experience in a similar role with transferable skills (e.g. Planning, Finance).
Integrate and collaborate well within a globally diverse team, possessing a positive 'teamwork' mindset.
Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: Open to learning new tools, processes, and approaches as the needs of the role will evolve.
