ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage large-scale commercial and industrial construction projectsDevelop and implement strategies for timely and cost-effective project completionProvide regular project status updates to Construction Operations leadershipIdentify and mitigate project risksEnforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environmentEnsure adherence to quality standards through inspections and QA/QC processesResolve construction challenges and prevent delaysLead and manage cross-functional project teamsBuild and maintain relationships with key clientsParticipate in strategic and operational initiatives to support company growth
Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management12–15 years of experience in the construction industry and project managementProven history of managing large commercial and industrial construction projectsStrong computer skills relevant to construction project managementKnowledge of safety best practices and proceduresMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipAbility to travel out-of-state for the duration of projectsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize, pivot with unexpected xysqume changes, and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certificationExperience with various contract delivery methodsStrategic planning and implementation experienceAbility to build and lead cohesive teamsStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsSituational awareness and crisis management capabilitiesExperience identifying client needs and managing projects from concept to completion
