PSaipem is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Engineering Lead in Milan to oversee reliability and maintenance strategy for complex energy projects. You will coordinate with the EPC Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Department and liaise with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure safety and performance are met. /ppThe role requires 15+ years in Oil Gas, strong FMECA/RCM skills, and proficiency with 3D modeling tools.
