This is a great opportunity for someone aiming to grow in IT operations and service delivery. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liIT Service Desk Support: Assist in handling user non standard requests (incidents and service requests), including classification, prioritization, and follow‐up. /li liIT Service Monitoring: Support daily system checks, KPI tracking, and SLA verification. /li liTechnical Documentation: Support our external consultants to create internal procedures, knowledge base articles, and operational guides. /li liProcess Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing ITSM workflows.
