This office-based role requires you to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. You will handle inquiries, diagnose issues, document interactions in CRM, and help meet CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets.

Regular training ensures you stay updated on products and internal workflows. This position offers local and relocation contract options with monthly gross remuneration
