Canadian Solar MSS ITALY, S.L.R. is seeking an experienced technical customer service professional in Italy.

The role covers 1st level contact for after-sales inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty issues, with opportunities to train customers and assist with webinars and field service. You will support PV and energy storage products, assist with commissioning and remote diagnostics, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to address escalated issues, including field feedback
