Reporting directly to the **Performance Excellence Director**, the Operational Excellence Project Manager is responsible for leading client transitions, driving operational improvement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects,
and ensuring the effective execution of governance frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes.Main Responsibilities:* Leads the transition and onboarding of new clients, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through stabilization and hypercare phases.* Manages complex regional projects across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and sites, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.* Supports the development and implementation of operational excellence methodologies, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Facilitates the implementation of best practices, standardized operating procedures, and performance management frameworks.* Demonstrates strong project management discipline, including risk management, stakeholder management, communication planning, and issue resolution.* Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, IT, Human Resources, and other business functions.* Supports regional leadership with project governance, executive visibility, and implementation tracking throughout project lifecycles.Collaboration and coordination:* Works closely with the Performance Excellence Director, Site Leaders,
