ppbPosition: /b Sales Assistant – Milano Galleria Boutique, Christian Dior Couture /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage client relationships in the boutique, driving sales and representing the brand image with accurate product and event information. /li liMentor new team members by providing training and coaching in Dior induction processes. /li liBuild customer loyalty through CRM actions, including contact information collection, follow‑up activities, event organization, and idea generation. /li liMaintain a welcoming, client‑focused environment offering best‑in‑class service in person, by phone, and via e‑communication. /li liProblem‑solve in partnership with the team to resolve client issues to the agevolazioni of the business and customer.
