ph3Discover your Calling /h3pWe are recruiting for a Sales Manager position to join the Sales Marketing team at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel. /ppAs Sales Manager and reporting to the Director of Sales Marketing you will manage the relationship, saturation, and penetration of a portfolio of accounts based on the allocated geographical market and will develop the Golf, Sports and Entertainment business of Castiglion del Bosco. You will also serve as a Castiglion del Bosco ambassador to the customer, with system‑wide responsibility. This is a key position for supporting the growth of Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliActively identify and develop new business opportunities in your assigned market and segment while nurturing long‑term partnerships with existing clients. /liliThink creatively and strategically to craft tailored proposals and experiences that reflect the property’s identity and exceed client expectations. /liliLeverage the CRM system (Salesforce) in line with brand and property guidelines to track performance and ensure seamless client interactions. /liliCollaborate closely with the Events Sales Team to maximize lead conversion and capitalize on high‑potential opportunities. /liliContribute to the Sales Marketing strategy by analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to address future business needs. /liliBuild and maintain SMART key account plans,
