ph3Site Manager Sicily (Open) /h3pAs a member of the Asset Management Team, reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee the safe and optimal performance of renewable energy assets in Sicily, managing contractors to execute planned and corrective maintenance while ensuring health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ph3HSQE /h3ulliEnsure the safety of all personnel on site and uphold HSQE standards across the wind farm portfolio. /liliConduct regular audits and inspections of contractors for QHSE compliance. /liliDocument safety incidents, investigate, provide recommendations, and ensure implementation of improvements. /liliLead emergency planning with regular exercises to verify its effectiveness. /li /ulh3Technical /h3ulliOversee and coordinate site OM service activities, reconciliating OM reported metrics and respecting QHSE standards. /liliOperate plant(s) to maximize availability, monitor asset KPIs, and provide daily status updates. /liliTroubleshoot and support investigation of complex technical issues, engaging internal stakeholders to reduce turbine downtimes. /liliPerform site quality inspections, generate reports, punch lists, and ensure remedial work implementation. /liliOperate HV/LV equipment, perform minor corrective maintenance, and coordinate component exchanges under HV safety rules. /liliPlan and implement preventive maintenance, manage statutory checks, and minimize asset downtimes. /liliIdentify and mitigate risks impacting performance targets and investigate major outages. /liliCollaborate in value‑added projects to monitor asset efficiency and support performance improvement actions. /li /ulh3Commercial /h3ulliDeliver works on site within defined budgets while maximizing profitability. /liliGenerate PRs/POs for goods and services, manage procurement procedures, and align with corporate platforms. /liliManage PV/Wind farms in line with budget expectations, communicating variances.
/liliProvide inputs to annual budgets for operating and capital expenditures. /liliFocus on performance improvements to enhance wind farm profitability without compromising safety or quality. /li /ulh3Contractor Management /h3ulliMaintain high standards in contractor performance and stakeholder engagement. /liliImplement work plans, emphasize efficient generation, and foster relationships with key stakeholders. /liliConduct frequent contractor audits to ensure contract deliverables are met. /liliOversee project management to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with minimal impact on site performance. /li /ulh3Reporting /h3ulliProduce monthly operational reports detailing Asset Management activities and site performance. /liliCollaborate with Operational Analysts to address turbine performance issues. /liliProvide inputs for written business cases and special reports for knowledge sharing and technical specification improvement. /li /ulh3On‑Call Responsibilities /h3ulliParticipate in a rotational on‑call rota and be available for site attendance outside regular hours. /liliProvide remote support when required for DSO/TSO or market agent instructions. /li /ulh3Preferred Experience /h3ulli2–5 years managing PV plants. /liliExperience in wind plants is beneficial. /li /ulh3Skills Knowledge /h3ulliClear written and verbal communication at all levels. /liliPV fault analysis and participation in corrective action planning. /liliStrong scheduling and planning skills. /liliExperience with OM service companies and HV/LV equipment knowledge. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. /liliManagerial skills, contractor and HSQE experience, problem‑solving, autonomy, and community engagement. /li /ulh3Education and Qualifications /h3ulliEducational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil construction. /lili2–5 years of experience within the Renewables Industry. /li /ulh3Travel Requirements /h3pTravel regularly (daily/weekly) within the allocated area with potential European travel for training. /ph3Location /h3pCatania /ph3Time Type /h3pFull time /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
