Senior Lead Semiconductor Analog - Reliability & Quality Engineer
Salary range: 38000 E - 50000 E

Role Summary
The Product Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and automotive quality of APMS Analog products, with a focus on new products and product transfers. The role supports qualification planning and execution, test board definition and debug,



data analysis, failure investigation, and final reliability reporting in compliance with ST procedures and customer requirements.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

- Define and manage product reliability qualification plans.
- Collaborate with design, application, and product engineering teams on test board definition and debug.
- Coordinate and monitor reliability tests, including internal and external activities.
- Analyze qualification data, drift trends, and test results.
- Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
- Prepare reliability reports and qualification status updates.
- Support burn-in activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to automotive quality and reliability compliance.

Work Experience
Skills Required:

- Graduate in Electronics or Materials
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in semiconductors
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, El
