If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest‑growing B2B scale‑ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for. ?We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Data Analyst (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Data & Analytics Team.Your role in BizAwayYou manage and improve our current reporting system, supporting all internal needs for data visualisation of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make our data understandable.You learn all aspects of the travel industry from Finance, Products, Sales and Service/Operations perspective, translating data into actionable insights resulting in verifiable reporting.By having domain expertise in our industry, you engage with Business and Strategy stakeholders to help define KPIs, including how data will be captured, shared, and leveraged across our departments.You contribute to creating the base foundations of a comprehensive source of truth through data modelling actions.Your Basic QualificationsPreviously worked in a tech company.Demonstrated experience with product analytics tools (e.G. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo,
Google Analytics).Demonstrated experience with BI data visualisation tools (Qlik preferred).Data analysis, presentation, and visualisation experience.Strong communication skills required.Ability to work alone or in a team as required.Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics or a related field is preferred.English proficiency (written and spoken level B2).We are also interested inKnowledge of programming languages such as Python.Experience with ETL tools.Understanding of AI/ML concepts.Our offer?
