This role is responsible for leading the Italian Concession business within Coin (corners in department stores); monitoring the sales of the corners under the responsibility through a series of KPIS and ensuring that corners in the area are continuously monitored and aligned with the company's overall strategy. Your responsibilities as our Concessions Coordinator;Support the team to achieve the sales targets providing the right guidelines.-
- Supervise the Staff corners, following a monthly calendar and doing periodic visits to the corners.-
- Attracts, recruits, hires, and retains high-performing associates that embody company values.-
- Follow up the processes, stock, inventory, returns, stock counts.-




- Ensure good management with the staff from initial training with new employees and follow-up of day-to-day problems (shifts, extras, holidays, etc.)-
- Ensure that adequate staff is available in each corner by planning staff, monitoring of hours worked, holidays, overtime, etc.-
- Leads, coaches, and trains all store associates in customer service to foster a loyal and engaged customer.-
- Plan regular meeting in presence and/or in remote with Coin management for discussing performance and new business opportunities.Skills for Success:
- Prior working experience of 3-5 years as Retail Area Manager in fashion brands-
- Fluent in English-
- Availability to travel on a weekly basis-
- Staff Training & Development: Experience in training and supporting staff to address challenges.-
- Capacity to effectively plan and manage staffing levels.-
- Strong focus on coaching associates to deliver exceptional service.-
- Great knowledge of Office Package-
