As a FP&A; Analyst, you will provide financial and control expertise to the Local Division ELDS in Dalmine/Italy and partially to other Local Division il EL Business Area/Italy, benchmarking KPIs while working with other finance professionals to understand the drivers of financial performance, identifying trends relevant to the business. In this role you will study business performance, with preparation of necessary support reports and analysis, and recommend areas for continuous improvement. **This position reports to**:
Finance Manager **Your responsibilities**: - Communicating information to relevant stakeholder groups to support corrective action plans.
- Helping to prepare financial reporting, documentation for internal control, budgeting and forecasting documents and presentations.




- Be a referent for specific controlling topics.
- Optimizing performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplication and coordinating information requirements.
- Establishing and overseeing processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.
- Developing new solutions and tools relevant for internal stakeholder and promote continue improvement of controlling area.
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with controllers and the Accounting team to identify and discuss issues and suggestions for improvement. **Your background**: - 1 year of experience in an accounting or financial analyst role.
- Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP and good level of knowledge in Excel (ATLAS, PowerBI and other software are preferential).
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
