- Economy segment with an innovative offer model, for the opening of new structures in Slovenia:
hotel manager **Requirements**: - Determination, good managerial and communication skills;
- Ability to successfully interface and collaborate with HQ Departments;
- Autonomy in the organization and ability to develop the turnover;
- Dynamism and flexibility;
- Orientation to the Customer and his loyalty through the proposal of B&B; Hotel Services and Ancillaries;
- Skills in economic, regulatory and hotel management;
- Knowledge and use of management software for: budgeting operations, cost control, front/back office management, commercial activity and management of staff as well as suppliers;
- Written and spoken knowledge of **Slovene and English** plus another language (Italian, French, German, Spanish).
- IT Oriented and excellent use of the Office package and hotel and hospitality management software
- Required large Sales-Marketing skills;
- Expertise in terms of Revenue Management is essential;




- The manager is structured and able to create/manage an effective work team in achieving the Revenue and Quality objectives for the structure and the Chain, contributing day by day to the development of his group in terms of Training and continuous improvement;
- Previous experience of Catena and/or in structured multinationals is appreciated; Slovenian launguage + Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English and another language (Italian, French, German, Spanish).
