The opportunity
we are building our first field team in italy. as a field sales training executive you will represent yepoda inside sephora italy, driving sell‑out, training beauty advisor teams and ensuring flawless brand presentation across four sephora doors in rome.
Your tasks
own sell‑out across assigned doors and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
work side‑by‑side with sephora beauty advisors to increase conversion and basket size.
negotiate and run brand moments, sales challenges, beauty hub takeovers and fun days.
train sephora staff on products, routines and brand story – from quick floor briefings to full breakfast sessions.
coach teams on selling techniques, routine building and cross‑selling.
deliver launch education for new products.
support the eu retail education manager in large‑scale events and press days.
maintain gondolas, displays and tester stock at optimal levels.
submit weekly field reports with sell‑out data, merchandising photos and competitor insights.
Your profile
2‑5years in prestige cosmetic sales and education or senior beauty advisor experience.
proven track record of driving sell‑out in a retail environment.
confident trainer for in‑store events and product demonstrations.
commercially minded, customer‑centric with excellent communication skills.
self‑directed, highly organised and able to manage multiple doors.
passionate about skincare; k‑beauty knowledge is a plus.
fluent italian and professional english.
based in rome with the right to work in italy.
