Within the European region, Sales Director is accountable for driving Synergy’s success and growth ambitions with our key customers in allocated territory. The corresponding Sales team will report directly to this position. Sales Director Leads and executes our operational sales plans for the allocated territory focusing on Efficiencies and EBITDA. In addition, he/she will also develop and drive the execution of our expansion plans as defined and outlined in our 3 years strategic roadmap. As an Active member of the sales Leadership team, Sales Director ensures we embed a high performing team culture and live our core values.
