- Capacità di lavorare in team locali ed internazionali e in un'organizzazione a matrice complessa
- Capacità organizzative, gestionali e di problem-solving
- Le attività comprendono:_
- Acquisizione competenze nelle attività di tracking delle attività della Field Force in relazione ai piani di comunicazione Omnicanale dei vari brands (customer journeys)
- Partecipazione alle attività di analisi dei KPIs definiti per la valutazione complessiva dell’approccio Omnicanale per brand
- Comprensione e partecipazione alle attività di analisi e delle distribuzioni territoriali della Field Force (Informatori Medico Scientifici, Medici di Territorio?) e finalizzazione delle attività relative alle variazioni territoriali e dei files medici nei sistemi
- Acquisizione delle competenze e supporto all’implementazione del recente processo di Account Management relativamente ai sistemi operativi
- Preferibilmente conseguimento della Laurea (Magistrale o Specialistica - 5 anni) in STATISTICA, INFORMATICA o ECONOMIA
- Prossimo conseguimento del Master;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, utente avanzato di Excel e Power Point;
- Eccellente capacità analitico con attenzione ai dettagli e buone capacità organizzative e di prioritizzazione
- Attitudine a svolgere attività in modo indipendente e a confrontarsi in team cross-funzionali;
