The resource, which will functionally respond to the production team manager, will have to collaborate with the research & development têxtile area and the purchasing area in order to guarantee the production of the products in compliance with the established times, costs and quality standards in the planning phase. **Your responsibilities**: - Manage and implement relations with Decathlon stakeholders, including through site visits (Northern Italy, Germany or France)
- Actively participate in the development and definition of quotations for a new product;
- Define and guarantee the production start-up of the products in compliance with the time, costs and budgeted requirements;
- Check the consistency between the Technical Requirement and the physical product before the launch for mass production;
- Ensure compliance with the homologation steps according to internal standards;
- Analyze and implement the efficiency of production processes. **Your profile**: - New graduate / Junior profile;
- Avid sports lover;
- English is a must. French is a plus;
- Bachelor or Master degree (engineering, physics...);
- Passionate about production processes, lean management knowledge is welcome;
