- Align with leadership to facilitate translating business objectives into scalable people strategies that bring to life the Auberge Resorts Collection values and mission.
- Partner with the General Manager and senior leaders to promote and deliver service excellence.
- Create and provide heartfelt experiences to team members along the Auberge employment journey.
- Drive solutions through talent acquisition, L&D;, change management, retention, DEI and career and leadership development. **Qualifications**
- Demonstrated history of building a winning team
- Demonstrated HR leadership experience and capability
- 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong HRIS/HCM/Payroll system experience
- Bi-lingual Italian & English
- Ability to live and work within the European Union without sponsorship **Additional Information
