Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. **About the role**: - Launch your career in sales with a dynamic internship at Reckitt! This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the fast-paced world of sales from the inside out. As an intern in our slaes organisation, you'll learning about analysis, 4P strategy and customer engagement. You'll gain hands-on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives.**Your responsibilities**:
In summary, you'll be responsible of: - Supporting the tracking of the 4P guidelines;
- Analysis of sell out and identification of mind gaps;
- Interaction with Sales and Marketing;
- Implementation of launch plans and category projects;
- Monitoring of Sales KPIs;
- Management of communications flow to the sales force;
- Relationship with communication agencies. **The experience we're looking for**: - MSc Degree in Economics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team and clients.
- Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
- An analytical approach with a talent for interpreting data and market insights.
- Resilience and adaptability within a vibrant environment. **The skills for success**:
