Responsibilities Analyze and define, with the support of the relevant departments, the processes related to the Apps to be implemented Develop, maintain, and publish TULIP Apps, ensuring compliance with group standards Integrate ERP system data into the Apps where useful, in order to minimize manual data entry Support the implementation of group Apps developed centrally, adapting them to the local site Integrate the Apps with the latest functionalities progressively made available by TULIP (including AI-supported features) Participate (possibly also in person)
in periodic alignment meetings with foreign colleagues and TULIP consultants Qualifications Education: Technical diploma or degree in Management Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Technical Skills: Knowledge of technical drawing and production processes Excellent command of Excel and ERP management software (preferably Baa N) Knowledge of SQL (queries) Ability to manage small projects Analytical skills, accuracy, and results-oriented mindset Language Skills English: A2 – B1 Soft Skills / Personal Competencies Methodical approach and accuracy Autonomy and proactivity Problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team Flexibility and willingness to work on different projects Effective time and priority management Innovative mindset and willingness to grow Analytical ability to interpret data and identify improvement solutions EEO and Benefits DMG MORI supports equal opportunities.
