The WorkPlace Operation Lead (WPOL) is in charge of: - maintaining the standards used for the end user equipements (Computers, Smartphones, tablets etc...).
- Maintaining the tools used for the patching processes on the end user side, as well is in charge of delivering End Users reports and documentation upon request. **Your Profile**: - Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- End user computer technical management
- Experience in vendor service level management
- Financial planning and budgeting experience **Skillset required**: - English B2 or C1 mandatory
- Knowledge of IT Operations, IT contracting and IT Services practices
- French and or Italian are a plus
- IT provisionning tool (Ivanti EndPoint management, Intune etc) **Contract Type**:
