We are driven by the following values**: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.** Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**:
Are you passionate about hospitality, events, and creating memorable experiences? Join our team as a Hospitality & OFX Cluster Specialist,
where you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing on-site activities for the Val di Fiemme pre-Games and Games-time events. **Responsibilities**: - Define Hospitality & Visitors Opportunities: Collaborate with the team to define and create exciting opportunities for hospitality and visitor engagement.
- Manage Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders and FAs involved in MiCo to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration.
- Implement and Maintain Documentation: Take charge of implementing and updating data and documentation related to on-site activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Challenges Addressed: - Function team understaffed: Fill the gap in the Val di Fiemme cluster and improve implementation of HSP & OFX programs on-site.
- Weak connection to local sites and stakeholders: Strengthen connections and improve implementation efficiency.
- Delayed information flow: Ensure timely communication and implementation of activities. **Requirements**: - Marketing, Events, and/or Hospitality experience preferred.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian.
- Strong teamworking attitude to collaborate effectively.
- Empathetic and enthusiastic behavior to engage stakeholders and visitors.
- Organizational skills and approach to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of Val di Fiemme area preferred. **Other information**:
