**Position: Export Logistics Executive** **Location: Near Padova, Veneto, Northern Italy** **Languages: Italian with a good level of English required** **Salary: circa €35,000 euros** Our client is a global market leader in HVAC/R sector and manufacture condensate removal pumps, HVAC/R accessories and nonpenetrative support systems, tools, and cleaning chemicals. Its family of products are commercialized throughout 100 countries worldwide, predominantly through distribution They commercialise its products through a specialist wholesaler network. A new opportunity has arisen to join them as Export Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate all logistics activities for Export from their warehouse, near Padova, into predominantly European countries. Key Responsibilities include:
- Organise export of all manufactured products into Europe.
- Responsible for organising freight companies and cost within budget.
- Coordinate and control of existing stock and incoming products with the warehouse.
- Liaise with the Product Managers to set up and maintain stock at key European hubs.
- Organising delivery instructions for CEE and other countries.
- Organising Euro1 documents/declarations
- Arranging Invoicing with Finance once deliveries have been despatched.
- Issue relevant weekly/monthly reporting on all KPI’s.
- 3/ 5 years’ experience ideally in a similar export logistics role
- Good understanding of all Export documentation
- Experience of working with and negotiating costs with freight companies
- Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.

- A passion and desire to deliver results.
