Location: Via Filippo Caruso, 23 – Rome (on site)

Duration: 6-month internship, with possibility of joining the team permanently at the end

Compensation: €1,100 net/month

Octorate is a leading Travel SaaS company and part of the Zucchetti Group. We develop a cloud-based, all-in-one platform designed to help hotels, B&Bs;, and property managers simplify their daily operations and boost direct bookings.

The Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern fluent in Spanish or French to join our Customer Success team in Rome. You will work side by side with our specialists, learning how a hospitality SaaS platform really works and becoming the point of contact for our partners across Spain, France, LATAM and international markets.

What You Will Do

- Support the onboarding of new clients, helping them configure the platform correctly.
- Assist our partners via chat, email, and phone in your language,



with the guidance of a senior colleague.
- Learn how hotels and B&Bs; increase their direct bookings, and help clients get there.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and report bugs or improvement ideas to the Product team.
- Translate and update our help center articles and internal documentation.
- Join training sessions and client calls alongside the team.

Requirements

- Language Skills: Native or C1 minimum fluency in Spanish or French (written and spoken). Professional proficiency in Italian and English is also required.
- Attitude: No previous experience needed. We are looking for curiosity, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in tech and hospitality.
