and E-commerceAdvance customer relationships with data-driven, in-season engagement and an activation playbookSecure granular sell-out data and build KPI dashboards to monitor sell-in, sell-out, category share, product availability, and ROIMonitor and reallocate resources based on performance using customer scorecardsBachelor in Business, Marketing, or related; 5+ years in Key Account Management within Retail, FMCG, or xysqume Consumer HealthStrong P&L;, pricing, and ROI literacy with CRM and BI tool proficiencyKnowledge of Animal Health trends and readiness for market innovationLeadership mindset with growth orientation and a collaborative, ‘One Team’ approachFluent in Italian and English (oral and written)Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple levelsChange management capability to adapt to a dynamic market
