Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Structured Finance Associate in Milan to lead the structuring, execution and closing of project and structured finance across renewable assets. You will build robust financial models, evaluate financing structures and coordinate lender interactions.

The role offers exposure to banks, debt funds and advisers, with ownership of transactions through development, construction and operation. Fluency in English is essential and Italian is advantageous.
