**Your mission in Crown** As part of the Sales department Team, you will be will be responsible for managing a group of customers’ portfolios, interacting proactively with the local plant logistics and production departments. You will be responsible for communicating and managing the customers to fulfil their requests.
- Create purchase orders, call offs, control the stock and deliveries to customers on SAP
- Control and communicate the stock to customers
- Communicate with the plant logistics to schedule the deliveries of cans and ends to the customer.
- Liaise with customers, handle and provide support to their administrative department.
- Analyse secondary packaging data in collaboration with the plant Logistics department
- Communicate with sister companies to import the cans and ends requested by customers.
- Interact with the Art and Repro department to understand the latest designs requested by customers.
- Control and supervise that pricing and invoicing is correct monthly **About you**:
A graduate from a Business School, with a specialization in Business Administration, Sales, Import/Export or Supply Chain. Ideally, you have gained initial experience through internships in roles such as Sales Support,
Sales and Marketing or Supply Chain Assistant within a B2B company or within the manufacturing environment.
You are fluent in Italian and English, detailed-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities and an adaptable approach to changing team priorities. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Integrity, attention to detail, customer service and goal oriented are key behaviours required. You are an effective team player, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a continuous improvement mind-set. Data minded, IT literate, you ideally have an experience on SAP.
