What you’ll do: - You will join the team of business analyst and in particular in the business / management of B2B and B2C reporting directly to CRM Manager.
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in innovative and strategic projects that will directly shape the customer experience and contribute to the long-term success of the company. Your work will have a tangible impact on the evolution of our CRM strategies and the growth of our business, providing you with a platform to showcase your creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities. Who you are: - You have at least 5 years of experience in analysis of business processes;
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;




- You have excellent knowledge of Dynamics CRM especially in Customer and Field Service modules and drafting of analysis documents and process flows;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
- You are a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for process analysis and optimization of CRM strategies;
- You know Dynamics CRM, PowerPlatform, PowerAutomate, Microsoft Office and process design tools (for example Enterprise Architect). Preferrably, you also have: - Previous experience in consulting companies in the same role;
- Basic knowledge of chat and IVR systems (nice to have). What we offer you/you can expect from us: - Permanent contract;
