Overview:Are you an experienced Sales Leader with a strong understanding of the Italian public sector and a passion for driving strategic growth?
This is a strategic role within Mitel's Italian sales organization, with responsibility for some of the Italian government's largest customers and an annual revenue of $5-6M . The role requires extensive public-sector knowledge, a deep understanding of Mitel's portfolio and customers' purchasing processes - from Consip framework agreements to public tender procedures - as well as the ability to build strong relationships with major local service providers and key system integrators.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage the whole Mitel's portfolio the extend the footprint within each account
- Manage day by day relation with large public customers
- Protect the installed based, making sure large swa and services contracts are timely renewed and hopefully extended in scope
- Deal with large service providers (e.g. Fastweb) to develop business initiatives based (for example) on Consip's frame agreements
- Cooperate with the channel team and local partners
- Deliver timely and accurate status for each opportunity
- Involve Mitel's management and executive when applicable
- Define a structured account plan for each large accounts
Requirements:
- Located in Rome (Italy) and willing to travel across the italian territory as needed
- 10-15 years experience in sales, specifically in with large public sector organizations
- native italian and fluent in english
- ability to deal with enterprise sales related processes in a multi-national environment
- specific experience in UC and CX
- solid recognition in the Italian tech ecosystem
Additional Skills (Advantageous):
- specific experience with major UC vendors
- UC technical background
