ARaymond is seeking an HR Business Partner to support plant operations in Italy, aligning HR policies with operational needs. The role combines business partner responsibilities with hands-on HR activities in a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll compliance, and the employee lifecycle across sites.

Strong

Italian, good English, and a Bachelor's in HR/Economics/Law are required.
