Our main services are: - International and domestic transport
- Groupage through 200 cross-docking terminals
- Less-than-truckload (LTL)
- Full truckload (FTL) For our office in Modena (MO) we are looking for a **Team Lead, Road National, Italy** **Your Responsibility**: - Customer relations
- Contact with foreign and domestic DSV branches for export/import and domestic activities
- Domestic + Import service management - master scheduling managed by us
- Defining transportation means and transportation routes to ensure best customer service
- Month-end Administrative reporting for Cost analysis **Your Background**: - 5-10 years of professional experience in the area of retail logistics/forwarding required
- Good English** **and good Italian skills, both spoken and written, are absolutely necessary
- Good computer skills (MS Office and warehouse management systems)
- Knowledge of AS400 is considered as a plus **Soft Skills**: - High level of commitment
