FAO in Rome seeks a Senior Technical Officer (International Waters - Chemicals and Waste) to lead FAO GEF programming in IW and C-W focal areas, provide strategic oversight and technical leadership for resource mobilization and project implementation.

You will supervise a team, coordinate with FAO-GEF and external partners, and ensure compliance with FAO policies while guiding complex programmes from design to evaluation. This is a fixed-term appointment based in Italy-Rome.
