- The Finance Business Partner will work both at country and BU level and will report to the FP&A; Manager Southern Europe, within the Southern Europe FP&A; team._ _He/she will support the P&L; monthly planning & forecasting process and business decisions taking through value-adding financial analyses._ Key responsibilities- P&L; management: Planning and forecasting of Net Sales, Advertising & Promotions and Overheads lines_- Partnering with Marketing team in business decisions in order to match the proper Brand contribution_- Partnering with Comex team in order to better shape reports,
analysis and areas of improvement_- Partnering with Supply chain in order to match financial targets in P&L;_- Supporting the Finance Hub team in Month End Closure activities_ Qualifications and skills- Master Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar._- Previous relevant experience (+3 years) in a Finance Business Partner, Sales/Business Analytics, Strategy or Business Development role, preferably in a large FMCG organization._- High level of commercial acumen and very high level of analytical skills, with a Finance background preferred._- Fluency in spoken and written English._- Proficient in office package (with special focus on excel and powerpoint)._- Market data analysis and business understanding._ Please save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.
