You'll build long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize profitability. You'll operate in a sustainability-focused context, shaping commercial strategies and negotiating value-based deals. Establish and manage commercial agreements in line with company policy

Identify and develop the customer base within the Italian market

Build, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships

Identify prospects and drive new business opportunities

Plan and execute activities xlwpduy to meet targets for volume, margin and customer satisfaction

University degree in business, engineering or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales

Strong negotiation skills in high-level commercial discussions

Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken
