In this role you drive revenue growth and market expansion in Italy as part of Billerud's Cartonboard sales team. You’ll build long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize profitability. You’ll operate in a sustainability-focused context, shaping commercial strategies and negotiating value-based deals. - Establish and manage commercial agreements in line with company policy
- Identify and develop the customer base within the Italian market
- Build, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
- Identify prospects and drive new business opportunities
- Plan and execute activities to meet targets for volume, margin and customer satisfaction
- University degree in business, engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong negotiation skills in high-level commercial discussions
- Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken
