Support the activity of the Research and Development team in the entire process of developing new products (chocolate) by working in the R&D; Chocolate Lab. **Main activities / responsibilities**: - Assist R&D; by collecting and evaluating raw materials
- Maintenance of the samples inventory and general laboratories activities
- Provide assistance in the conduct of Pilot plants
- Performing key technical analysis of samples (rheology, fat content)
- Performing other duties as assigned **Requisitions**: - High school diploma
- Previous experience in food laboratory is a plus
- Good knowladge of MS Office
- Organized, systematic & autonomous; good communication and relational skills; analytical and time optimization skills; willingness to work in a dynamic and international context.
