We’re seeking a Program Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they align with company goals and standards. This role involves coordinating with various departments and maintaining clear communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities**: - Plan and manage projects: Set goals, create detailed plans, and monitor progress.
- Lead and coordinate teams: Coordinate cross-functional teams, hold regular meetings and resolve issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders: Provide updates and reports, ensuring everyone is informed.
- Improve processes: Evaluate and enhance project management practices and tools.
- Manage budgets: Develop and oversee project finances, ensuring cost-effectiveness. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Project Management, or a related field.




- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira). **Skills**: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies. **Location**:
