- Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
- Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
- Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
- Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift **What do you bring with you**: - Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
- Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
- Be energetic and enthusiastic
- Have a strong customer focus
