R&d Oleochemistry - Researcher

We are looking for a resource who, reporting to the R&D; Manager, will be responsible for: - Design and synthesize new products in the area of Oleochemistry;
- Learn and use analytical and applicative methodologies to characterize oleo materials;
- Support the Applied R&D; Laboratories in the use of Oleo derivatives in their formulations;
- By knowing the parameters of the Oleo derivatives production process, help optimizing each step to achieve the desired results;
- Take care of the development of the formulas / processes through synthesis on pilot scale facilities;
- Search for alternative solutions in the choice of raw materials;
- Ensure the reporting of the experiments carried out and the recording and internal sharing of the know-how.
**Education and other requirements**: - Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry with an interest in technology and processes;
- Short experience in R&D; or Application Laboratory;
- Knowledge of updated instrumental analytical techniques;
- Fluency in English;
- Proactive behavior and team work spirit;
- Problem solving and curiosity skills;
- Creative and target oriented;
- Willingness to travel;
- Accuracy, autonomy and reliability complete the profile. **Place of work: Albizzate (VA)
