Based in our Headquarter in** Carpi, Modena (Italy)** we would like to include an **International Retail Development Intern** that will strengthen the **Retail Team** to support the growth of our brand. This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student who is willing to take on a **6-month experience** and to be part of our Team. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify new retail opportunities.
- Assist in the development and daily updating of business analysis.
- Supporting with reporting activities, data extraction and data mining.
- Participate in and support the development of new retail projects.
- Support the preparation of business plans and feasibility studies for new store locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data on store performance.
- Help coordinate and manage retail development projects and timelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of retail strategies and initiatives. **QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or Retail Management.
- Good analytical skills and a passion for numerical data.
- Knowledge of MS Office environment, Excel, and Power Point (advanced level).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Team player mentality, high flexibility.
- High proactivity and problem solving.
- Precision and good organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the retail industry and eagerness to learn.
