- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in HR Recruiting, Employer Branding, and Active Sourcing, including HR market data analysis.
- Business fluency in English and at least one other European language, with excellent communication skills across various hierarchical levels and confident training abilities.
- Profound knowledge of Online Recruiting and Social Media Recruiting tools.
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated work approach,
with an emphasis on setting priorities and holistic thinking.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural setting and virtual teams.
