We are looking for a talented Financial Reporting Specialist who will report to the Financial Reporting Manager, in the CFO area, and will join the Financial Reporting Team. This will also be a great opportunity to improve your technical skills and general knowledge on accounting, taxes and finance, getting in touch with very experienced colleagues in their respective fields. Your main responsibilities will include: - Recording suppliers’ invoices in our ERP (Oracle Netsuite);
- Managing payments to our network of Agents, Brokers and other suppliers;
- Preparing the monthly calculation of withholding taxes to be paid via F24 and tax declaration (i.d. Certificazioni Uniche);
- Managing the financial reporting of Italian entity, ensuring correctness and reliability of accounting data (e.g.



invoices to be received, accruals, deferrals, etc.)
- Acting as point of contact for accounting and reporting-related matters to the finance business partners;. **Requirements**: - Outstanding academic background in Business Administration
- Previous experiences of 6/12 months in accounting roles
- Positive mind-set, pragmatic attitude, ownership mentality and a "can do" attitude
- Analytical skills, precision and attention to detail
- Willing to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Result oriented and time management skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
