Saipem Offshore Construction in Milan seeks an International HR Learning Specialist to join the Offshore Learning and Development team.
You will manage training budgets, identify needs with managers, design and deliver programs, and monitor KPIs while coordinating with external providers and maintaining learning records.
The role requires 3–5 years of corporate training experience, English and French, SAP and Oracle LMS knowledge, and willingness to travel.
