Operations Excellence - KPI & Measurement SpecialistAbout the Role:We are looking for an Operations Excellence - KPI & Measurement Specialist to join our Global Operations Performance team, based in Alba (CN).
In this role, you will support the management and continuous evolution of the Operations KAI and KPI framework at Group level, contributing to the collection, analysis and monitoring of performance indicators across the Industrial & Supply Chain organization.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the availability, reliability and data consistency, supporting decision making and the continuous improvement of reporting tools and performance measurement processes.
Main Responsibilities:In this role, you will work with theOperations Performance Measurement team and you will contribute to the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Group Operations dashboards, ensuring KPI data is accurate, consistent and available within agreed timelines.
You will monitor performances, analyse trends, identify anomalies or opportunities,



and develop ad hoc analyses and reports by management, providing meaningful insights to support operational decision-making and performance reviews.
You will collaborate with Industrial & Supply Chain functions to collect business requirements, validate measurement definitions and ensure alignment between reporting needs and business priorities.
You will support the evolution of reporting tools and data models, working with IT and digital teams to improve dashboard functionality, data quality and user experience.
You will also contribute to the standardization of KPI methodologies, documentation and reporting practices, helping promote transparency, consistency and continuous improvement across the organization.
About You:You'll bring your Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field along with some initial experience in performance analysis, business intelligence,
