NABA is looking for: Reception Intern
- Assure a welcome service to students, teachers, visiting professors and guests giving the pass and the general information about the Campus and all services and Units. Executes the distribution of the student badge.
- Supports the annual update of the guide, coordinates the collection of updates, requires and verifies the translation and layout of the texts.
- Renew existing agreements with stores and various services and is responsible for the registration of new ones. Updates the digital archive of agreements and communicates new agreements to students and staff.
- Support the Registration office in the daily activities in ordinary administration.
- Support other academic offices in coordinating the entire flow of outgoing mail (letters, pony, couriers) and providing assistance to Units that need to send letters or packages. REQUIREMENTS: BA/MA in Languages,



Communications, Marketing, Economics Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Suite Adobe B2/C1 level of English Customer-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent interpersonal skills CONDITIONS: 6 months tempo pieno internship; Expenses reimbursement of 800 EUR per month; Workplace: Rome.
